Day 1: Argentario 
Arrival at the hotel by 6pm. Welcome aperitif and presentation of the tour. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Argentario-Feniglia-Ansedonia-Argentario 26 km | 16 ml
9am start. Cycle to the Feniglia, Ansedonia and the archaeological site of the city of Cosa. Visit the archaeological excavations of the citadel and the National Archaeological Museum. Visit Orbetello. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Orbetello.

Day 3: Loop ride Argentario 38 km | 23 ml
9am bike ride to the Convent of the Passionist Fathers and Porto Santo Stefano. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Porto Santo Stefano – Isola del Giglio 16 km | 10 ml
9am start, with a journey by bike to Porto Santo Stefano. At 10.30am, we embark for the island of Giglio. We arrive on the island at 11.30am. Visit the Roman port and excursion to the beaches and coves of the east side of the island. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Isola del Giglio – Giglio Castello – Punta Capel Rosso 30 km | 19 ml
At 9am, we depart for Giglio Castello, visiting the citadel along the way. We continue with a bike ride to explore the southern tip of the island from the lighthouse to the coves at Punta Capel Rosso. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Isola del Giglio – Giannutri – Isola del Giglio (free day or excursion by boat)
At 10.30am, we depart by boat to the Isle of Giannutri. Here, we take walking tour with a visit to the ruins of the Port and the Villa Domitia of the Roman era. Return to the hotel at 6pm. Dinner (not included) and overnight.

Day 7: Isola del Giglio – Campese 25 km | 16 ml
At 9am, we depart for the exploration of the west side of the island. The beaches of Cala Campese and the Allume. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Isola del Giglio – Porto Santo Stefano 
13:30pm Ferry to Porto Santo Stefano. Back at the port, the cycling tour is officially over.
